Nothing especially interesting about how this came together. Was sittin' around strumming some of these chords, assembled them into this progression and the words came shortly after. It sounds a lot like a Beatles song to me because of the F minor chord in there, so I was trying to make it enough of my own song where it didn't sound like a rip-off. Channy came up with the violin part while we were recording this song and I think it adds a real nice subtle touch to it. We considered actually having a sparse bell or bells kind of droning off in the background. I guess we gotta find a good bell first.
